Host a Wine Tasting Party at Vino Aquino
$6 per person, with a minimum of $100.
- Events are held at Vino Aquino, Thursdays - Saturdays 7 pm - 9 pm (times are negotiable on a case by case basis).
- Please call in advance for a reservation as events are booked first-come, first-serve and we tend to book up about 2 months in advance on weekends.
- A reservation deposit of $50 is required when you book your event. The balance is due on the day of the event.
- Deposit will only be refunded if cancellation is made at least one week (7 calendar days) prior to the event or if Vino Aquino is forced to cancel the event for some reason.
- Event host is responsible for all applicable charges at the time of event.
- All guests will receive 3 wine samples. (must be 21 or older to taste wine).
- Tables and wine tasting glasses will be provided.
- Please bring your own food, plates, utensils, napkins, etc.
- You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to set-up decorations, food preparation, etc. If more time is required, please let us know in advance.
- Currently, we have seating capacity for 25 people.
- At the end of the evening, 15 minutes leeway may be given to make purchases and clean up. After that 15 minutes, we reserve the right to charge overtime fees.

Sample Party Timeline
- 6:30 – 7:00 pm. Host(s) come to set up food, decorate etc.
- 7:00 - 7:30. Guests arrive and bartenders hand out punch cards and first tastings.
- 7:30 – 8:00. Guests help themselves to food and mingle, continue with tastings.
- 8:00 – 8:45. If host has program (business, shower, birthday, etc) now is the time to do it.
- 8:45 – 9:00. Vino Aquino announces last call to host. Guests get their last sample and make purchases (if applicable). Host readies for departure.
- 9:00. Bar closes.
